I did not want this magical experience to end.
The creative process of dreaming up a wedding.
The intricate details.
The joy!
So I rekindled my teenage love of cameras, and made wedding photography my bread and butter.
The rest is history!
One thing I knew…
After moving over 1000 miles and many states away from our friends and family to legally marry, we were left with virtually no budget for our much anticipated wedding.
So I took matters into my own hands:
I sourced wholesale flowers, designed my daughter’s dress, curated our wedding playlist and immersed myself in all things weddings.

"I have known Kathryn for many years as a personal client and have always admired her broad and exceptional portfolio. When my now-husband and I were doing research for our wedding photography, we were so lucky to already know someone so talented and capable. Kathryn’s approach is thoughtful, kind, thorough, and tailored to your specific needs. For our engagement photography in Provincetown, Kathryn helped curate a unique concept that detailed a “day-in-the-life” scenario. Her detail-oriented approach not only resulted in stunning, one-of-a-kind photos, but also fostered a comfortable and fun experience. For our wedding day in Salem, I was so appreciative that she took the initiative to scout out locations in advance to ensure that we were able to make the most of our day together. Our wedding photography experience was stress-free as a result of her due diligence and going the extra mile. As an artist myself, I valued her collaborative approach that realized my vision while capitalizing on her years of expertise and ability. My husband and I will forever cherish the memories that she captured in our photography – we are so grateful to know and have worked with Kathryn!"
It’s been 12+ years since then, and I’m still pinching myself that I get to live and breathe weddings with loverbirds like you. Can you believe that I have 500+ under my belt as you read this?
Since this aha-moment back in 2010, I’ve refined my signature documentary style of photography with a major wedding photography studio in Boston, and have been doing ‘my own thing’ since 2022.
This has allowed me the artistic freedom to call the shots, dream BIG and become the go-to photographer for your New England wedding.

(the one I keep adding to every time I hear an awesome tune)
Show up just as you are, and be welcomed with open arms. No judgement. No pressure. Pure compassion.
Working with me gets you a partner in crime rather than someone who ticks the box. I love coming along for the ride!
I’ll work with you to make sure all lead characters make an appearance in your shots and are preserved for generations to come.
Know that you always have a shoulder to lean on when things get hectic or the planning process becomes too much.
My shamelessly romantic, emotionally evocative and proudly fine art aesthetic creates picture-perfect mementos.
My style of photography lets events unfold organically rather than stage the unscriptable.
